1. Acceptance of Terms

Purchase, use, or acceptance of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

This Gift Card is redeemable only for services, service packages, memberships, and retail products offered by Simply Euphoric Spa. It may not be used at any other business or location.

This Gift Card does not expire and is not subject to any dormancy, inactivity, or service fees, in accordance with applicable New Jersey law.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards may be replaced only with proof of purchase and original card number, at the Spa’s discretion.

To help prevent fraud, please note:

• Treat this Gift Card like cash.
• Do not purchase or provide Gift Card numbers to unknown individuals or in response to unsolicited requests.
• The Spa will never request payment via gift card for debts, taxes, or third-party obligations.
• The Spa reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any Gift Card suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or unlawful activity.

• Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment.
• Any remaining balance will be retained for future use.
• No cash change will be given unless required by law.

• Gift Cards may be applied toward the purchase of Spa memberships.
• Memberships may be subject to separate terms, recurring billing, cancellation policies, and minimum commitments, which will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.
• Use of a Gift Card toward a membership does not waive or alter membership terms.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to bypass required payment methods for recurring membership charges unless explicitly permitted.

• Gift Cards may be used to purchase or redeem service packages (e.g., multiple-session treatments).
• Packages are subject to their own terms, including usage limits, scheduling policies, and (if applicable) promotional conditions disclosed at purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated, packages are valued based on their monetary amount, not guaranteed specific services indefinitely.
• Any unused package value will be honored consistent with applicable law.

• Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Promotions or discounts may not apply to Gift Card purchases unless explicitly stated.

Spa services, memberships, and package pricing are subject to change. Gift Cards will be honored for their remaining dollar value, not for specific services or pricing at time of purchase.

The Spa reserves the right to refuse, void, or suspend any Gift Card in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, or where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Spa Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Gift Card. Maximum liability shall not exceed the remaining balance on the card.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Certain rights may not be waived and will apply where required by law.
